4. Server Processing (ProductVid Pro)

When using Pro features, URLs detected by the extension are temporarily processed on our servers to produce output files. All output files are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We never permanently store any user content.

• Supabase — Authentication and database (supabase.com)
• Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing (lemonsqueezy.com)

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We use JWT-based authentication.

By installing or using any Browse Boost extension, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not install or use our products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Browse Boost.

2. What Our Tools Do

ProductVid is a browser utility extension that interacts with publicly accessible web resources already loaded by your browser during normal page rendering. It does not bypass, circumvent, or disable any access-control or copy protection mechanism. It functions similarly to built-in browser developer tools.

3. User Responsibility

You, the user, are solely and fully responsible for how you use this tool. By using ProductVid you expressly represent and warrant that:

• You have lawful rights to access every resource you interact with using this tool.
• Your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Your use complies with the terms of service of any website on which you use this tool.
• Any files saved are for your personal, private, non-commercial use only.
• You will not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, or sell any saved files.
• You are 18 years of age or older.

4. Prohibited Use

• Using the extension to circumvent any DRM, encryption, or access-control system.
• Accessing resources you do not have lawful rights to use.
• Commercial exploitation of any files saved using this tool.
• Redistributing, uploading, or publicly sharing any saved files.
• Using the extension in any manner that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Fraudulent use including creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits.

Browse Boost is an independent software developer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any website, platform, or content provider. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representation that use of this tool is appropriate, legal, or permitted in your jurisdiction. You use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Browse Boost, its owners, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or misuse of this extension, including but not limited to any claims brought by third parties regarding your use of this tool. Your sole remedy is to stop using the extension.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Browse Boost and its owners from and against any claims, damages, fines, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the extension, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via our payment processor. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, without notice or liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our extensions after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Browse Boost products shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
